The junior program is an important part of the Club and provides junior members with the opportunity to play competition tennis. The Club has teams in ERT and the competition is graded to accommodate a wide range of standards. See our
Junior Page for more information.

All competition players pay a small fee each season in addition to their subscription which covers registration.

Opportunities exist for juniors to join Association squads.

Night Tennis
There are 8 courts lit to competition standard. The Club has a more relaxed approach to night tennis and allows members to select their own team to enter in the night competitions. Knox District Night Tennis and Waverley District Tennis Associations offer men's, ladies' and mixed competition. Night tennis is proving to be a popular alternative to weekend competition and the courts are now used most nights of the week.

Social
The Club has an active social committee that organises various events during the year. These occasions are a great way to meet other members and to enjoy yourself in the informal atmosphere of the Club.

The Clubhouse and Grounds
The Clubhouse (with disabled facilities) is located in Wantirna Reserve (Koomba Park) with a safe enclosed playground and BBQ available free for member use. A rebound wall for young family members is incorporated into the storeroom wall. Complete change facilities are available. Club house phone - 9887 3746.

Courts
There are ten (10) en tous cas (porous) courts with eight (8) lit to competition standard. All members are entitled to a court key ($20 fully refundable deposit) to enable access to courts at their convenience.

Proper tennis attire is required on the courts and only approved tennis shoes are to be worn. To ensure the courts are not damaged, ripple soled shoes are not permitted on courts.

To ensure courts are kept in prime condition, please ensure that courts are watered before and after each set and bagged from fence to fence at the end of play (or after each set when playing competition).

Access to Courts
Members are entitled to have access to the courts at any time except when competition is being played (check court availability chart) or a Committee authorised activity is being conducted such as a Club Tournament, Association Championships, etc.

Members are requested not to play singles if the courts are full and other members are waiting to play.

Subscriptions and Committee
Annual subscriptions are set at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Club is always mindful of a need to maintain the balance between fees set and the facilities provided to members. Due to careful management the Club is in a healthy financial position and is able to undertake continued updating and improvement of facilities whilst keeping fees in check.

The Committe meets to conduct the business of the Club. The meetings are open for members to observe and are conducted in accordance with the Rules of the Club. Committee Members are there to assist the members and are always happy to answer any queries you may have.

The AGM is held during June each year and any financial member is able to nominate for the Committee in accordance with the Model Rules.

All financial members receive a monthly newsletter (except January) following the monthly Committee meeting.
